Furikake beer-battered fish and chips will be one of the featured items at Trader Vic’s @ LA Live from February 1 to 28. The special menu was created by Hilton Hawaiian Village’s Executive Chef Jeffrey Vigilla.

Hilton Hawaiian Village’s Executive Chef Jeffrey Vigilla has created a special menu for the Trader Vic’s @ LA Live and Trader Vic’s Lounge at Beverly Hilton, as part of the “Taste of Hawaii” promotion in Los Angeles from February 1 to 28.
